The Legal Authority is the centralized enforcement function of Coolth Emergency Refrigeration. It operates across all service territories and is responsible for the enforcement of service agreements, payment obligations, technician compliance, and resolution of disputes relating to emergency refrigeration services.

This is a legal compliance channel — not a customer service portal. All submissions are reviewed against service agreements, emergency response protocols, and payment obligations. Actions are taken in accordance with Coolth's binding service terms. All communications are recorded, timestamped, and retained for enforcement purposes.

🚨 ENFORCEMENT NOTICE - FOOD SAFETY CRITICAL

Emergency refrigeration services are food safety critical. False claims, payment reversals, or service abuse endangers public health and will be prosecuted.

All service calls are recorded. GPS tracking confirms technician dispatch. Temperature logs are court-admissible evidence. Payment obligations are non-negotiable after service delivery.

Abandoning payment after emergency service is considered fraud and will be pursued accordingly.

Enforcement Scope

  • Payment Default & Chargebacks: Customers who reverse payments, dispute legitimate charges, or abandon payment obligations after receiving emergency refrigeration service will face immediate debt collection, credit reporting, and legal proceedings for the full amount plus enforcement costs.
  • Technician & Partner Violations: Refrigeration technicians or partner companies who breach service standards, falsify certifications, overcharge customers, or fail to meet emergency response requirements will face contract termination, financial penalties, and industry blacklisting.
  • False Emergency Claims: Individuals who make false emergency calls, claim non-existent refrigeration failures, or misrepresent the urgency of service needs will be permanently banned from service and may face prosecution for service fraud.
  • Service Agreement Breaches: Commercial clients who violate maintenance contracts, refuse legitimate service charges, or fail to provide safe working conditions for technicians will have contracts terminated and outstanding amounts pursued through commercial debt recovery.
  • Warranty & Guarantee Abuse: Attempts to claim false warranty coverage, damage equipment to trigger guarantees, or misrepresent service history will void all warranties and result in full-price billing plus penalty charges.

Refrigeration-Specific Violations

  • Temperature Tampering: Manipulating thermostats or temperature readings to claim false emergencies
  • Refrigerant Theft: Illegal extraction or theft of refrigerant gases (R404A, R134a, R410A)

  • Commercial Fraud: False claims of food loss or stock spoilage for insurance purposes
  • Technician Harassment: Abuse, threats, or violence toward emergency response technicians
  • Compliance Violations: Operating non-compliant refrigeration systems endangering food safety
  • After-Hours Abuse: Repeated non-emergency calls during penalty rate periods
